Stuart Amira, Contractor

Stuart, founder and president of Amira Builders, has been involved in the construction, development, and home-building community for over 35 years. He founded Amira Builders, Inc. in 2004 and has built custom homes all across North Central Florida as a Licensed Residential Contractor. Learning the business as a craftsman at an early age, Stuart has hands-on experience in all facets of the home-building process. Using this experience, he takes a hands-on approach to ensuring the quality and specifications of each and every custom-built home.

Colleen Amira, Operations Manager

Colleen comes from an extensive background in construction and business management. As operations manager, she is responsible for scheduling work with our vendors and subcontractors, managing bookkeeping, ordering inspections, and more. With over 30 years of experience in owning and managing businesses, Colleen works diligently with both customers and contractors to ensure the home-building process runs smoothly and efficiently.

Chad Osborne, Selections Coordinator

Chad has a background in public relations and marketing, he graduated with his Bachelor's Degree from The University of Florida in 2019. He works one-on-one with homeowners and guides them through the entire building process, specifically custom home selections. This process includes the review and selection of everything including paint, cabinet layout and design, flooring, trim work, tile, and more. From beginning to end, Chad commits himself to 
making the customer’s vision a reality.

Brittany Amira, Office Administrator

Brittany comes from a background in business administration and finance. She graduated with her Bachelor's Degree from The University of Florida in 2018. Her work supports some of the most vital functions of the business. With over 10 years in business management, Brittany is responsible for a wide range of duties including, but not limited to, payroll, change orders, drafting contracts, accounting, and much more.
